| Howard R. Lipson, Ph.D. Howard Lipson, Owner/Principal of Lipson & Co., is highly regarded as one of the industrys most intuitive and disciplined executive recruiters. Howard obtained his Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Organization Theory at Northwestern Universitys Industrial Engineering and Management Services Department. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Psychology from Brandeis University. After receiving his doctorate, Howard returned to Montreal and joined Astral Media, Canadas largest, fully integrated entertainment company. He began as Astrals Film and Television Coordinator, and reported directly to the Chairman/CEO.
